For online purchases, Masters on Silk will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price if it is accompanied with the original invoice. Return merchandise may be returned if unopened and in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery, and should be accompanied with the fully and correctly filled in return form. Mastersonsilk.com does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Masters on Silk reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Masters on Silk’s sole discretion. Merchandise returned to www.mastersonsilk.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. For updates regarding your return, please contact info@mastersonsilk.com. Emails will be responded to within 1-3 business days. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your product for another Masters on Silk pocket square. If you would like to exchange your product, please return the purchased item and place a new order on our website.
RETURN FORM
If you return a product, please:
- Fill out the return form completely.
- Return the product in the original Masters On Silk box.
- Place the item in the original packaging, and include the return form.
After Masters On Silk has received the item(s), you will receive a confirmation email. If the product(s) fits to all conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded by the same payment method that has been used when ordering.
